It doesn't matter if it's a crazy ex (the sex was probably HOTT), a random guy from the bar (he could turn out to be the love of her life), or your second cousin who you to used to play doctor with (creativity is a plus in the bedroom). 

Also, if you have time to cock-block, you're probably not on your A game and should work that out.
